With time and aging, I began to feel that cigarettes were affecting my tonus more and more. My skin was getting terribly wrinkled, and not only my fingers were yellowish – I got stained teeth as well. I had gotten anxious about the irresistible habit to jump out of bed in the morning, fishing out for my cigarettes. I was quite aware that the morning ‘ritual’ was further affecting my health. I was even more depressed by the fact that I was unable to cut down on poisonous and stinky cigarettes. It is as if I’m living a second life now that I have the electronic cigarette. I feel toned, and my body is waking up again, thanking me that I cut the constant supply of toxic substances. I cannot express my joy for the fact that I have the chance to use this cigarette. I’m puffing on it without worrying that I can seriously affect my health. It’s just the opposite – I see its beneficial effects, and I feel strong and young again.
